Ovation Hospice continues to grow, and we are now seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Hospice Administrator for our Phoenix location. As a Hospice Administrator with Ovation, you will oversee the Phoenix area's daily operations, ensuring exceptional patient care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. Your expertise in hospice administration, coupled with your leadership skills, will contribute to the success and growth of our organization.

- $100,000 - $140,000 annual base salary (based on experience), plus incentives and bonus structure

Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the hospice team, ensuring the highest standards of care are met
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the hospice program, including clinical operations, financial management, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and review patient care plans
- Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment
- Monitor and evaluate program outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
- Foster strong relationships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the organization's mission and enhance referral networks
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging research to drive continuous improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospice, preferably in a clinical or marketing role
- Strong knowledge of hospice regulations, compliance requirements, and accreditation standards
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and reporting
- Compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated to providing quality end-of-life care
