Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager / RN, Woburn, 20K sign-on bonus
Overview of Hospice Clinical Nurse Manager Position: Directs, coordinates, facilitates and supports the members of the hospice team in provision of hospice care to patients/families and the VNA Hospice & Palliative Care Program. Ensures the implementation of clinical/quality improvement initiatives for hospice services in compliance with regulatory requirements. Demonstrates knowledge and commitment to excellence in clinical practice and customer service.
Licensure: Registered Nurse Licensed to practice in Massachusetts.
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
Experience: Minimum 3 years clinical experience. Minimum 1 year experience in a leadership role. Hospice experience required. Possess required skills, knowledge, and abilities; proven oral and written communication skills; ability to select, motivate, and retain employees; ability to effectively manage and direct others; ability to promote and participate in team efforts.
