Day to day as a Hospice Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA)

Join us as a Hospice Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) at Cornerstone VNA, where you'll embark on a rewarding journey delivering exceptional home Hospice care right in the heart of your clients' familiar surroundings! In this flexible role, you will:

• Provide basic client/patient care by assisting client/patients with eating and nutrient intake
• Aid client/patients with activities of daily living and instrumental activities of daily living in accordance with the individual plan of care
• Carryout treatments on patients' plan of care such as home exercise program, stable wound care, range of motion, etc.
• Take, read and record vital signs and collect samples and specimens for tests
• Work with members of the health care team from other disciplines to provide excellent service for patients

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
