• Performs billing processes for multiple clients 
• Continuous training in home health and billing/reimbursement 
• Communicates directly with the Home Health and Hospice Billing Manager on any issues with billing and processes
• NOA,  Hold Issues, Billing, and Rejection

• Billing knowledge specifically in home health experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with Medicare DDE system preferred
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management skills 
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills (must be able to read, write, and follow directions in English)
• High School Diploma required

• Ability to utilize Microsoft Office efficiently, including Outlook (email and calendar), and Excel is a must
• Must have knowledge of basic math skills and basic computer skills
• Knowledge of how to use a phone line system, copier/scanner, fax, and email is a must
• Must be able to sit for at least eight hours per day and look at a computer screen 

• $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• 40 hours/week, full time, non-exempt position, office hours are M-F, 8 AM - 4:30 PM CST (30-minute lunch break).
• Paid Time Off (PTO; starts accruing day one and is available for use following the first of the month after the probationary period of 60 days)
• 11 paid holidays off per calendar year 
• 2 Floating Holidays per year
