Hospice & Palliative Physician Job Requirements
- Licensed to practice medicine in New York State
- DEA license
- Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Practice, or Palliative Medicine
- Valid driver's license for home visits and CPR certification preferred
- PECOS enrollment required

- Treat Hospice patients.
- Oversee a team of nurse practitioners.
- Ensure delivery of quality, end-of-life care.
