Day to day as a Hospice Registered Nurse
As a RN Case Manager at Bella Hospice, your day-to-day responsibilities will include providing compassionate care to hospice patients in their homes. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring patient progress, updating medical records accurately, and providing support to patients and their families during difficult times.

Are you the Hospice Registered Nurse we're looking for?
- To excel as a Hospice Registered Nurse at Bella Home Health and Hospice, you must possess a degree from an accredited nursing school, hold a current RN license in the state, and have completed a Hospice training program.
- Your ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, supervise others effectively, and handle crises outside a hospital setting are crucial.
- We value candidates with at least 2 years of nursing experience, including recent patient contact.
- Adaptability to diverse cultural and religious backgrounds, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, are essential.
