Job Details
RN seeing hospice patients in facilities and homes.
What you will be doing:
- Provides comprehensive nursing care and support to terminally ill patients within their homes or facilities.
- Coordinates interdisciplinary care plans, ensuring patients' physical, emotional, and spiritual needs are met.
- Educates and supports families on end-of-life care and assists with advanced care planning.
- Advocates for patients' comfort and dignity, often collaborating closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
Skills you need:
- RN license
