The Volunteer Coordinator will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing volunteers to support various activities.

- Development and implementation of a volunteer program that aligns with the goals
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to identify opportunities for volunteer involvement.
- Provide ongoing support, recognition, satisfaction, and oversight to the volunteers.
- Previous experience in volunteers’ coordination preferred.
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards residents and volunteers
- Baccalaureate degree preferred with one-year experience administering a volunteer program or associate's degree with five years comprehensive experience administering a volunteer program.
