The Chief Financial Officer will work in collaboration with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operating Officer to identify areas of growth, ensure financial and quality goals and spearhead initiatives to strengthen the Hospital’s performance. Cultivating relationships within the community health center and community will be another expectation for the CFO.

Additional responsibilities that will be delegated to the Chief Financial Officer include developing and executing strategic plans directly aligning with the visions from the board of directors, optimizing clinical workflows, business plan development and management of the financial health of the organization. 

A candidate with short term acute care CFO leadership experience, their CPA certification and a strong background in financial leadership will surely make for a quick interview.
