As a Hospital Controller for The Vistas, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. The Director of Finance & Accounting is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.

As the Hospital Controller:

• You are responsible for the day-to-day management of all financial management and financial reporting functions for the organization

• You will oversee the finance department including general accounting, payroll, accounts payable, patient billing and financial analysis

• You will manage and oversee the purchasing and materials management functions for the organization

• You will work collaboratively with other managers and senior leaders throughout the organization on matters concerning financial and operational performance

• You are directly responsible for leading and supervising the staff in general accounting, accounts payable and payroll

The Hospital Controller candidates will have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• Master’s degree and/or CPA is preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in managing an accounting function in a healthcare organization with $25M+ in revenue
• Must be accustomed to strategic thinking, business acumen, ethical conduct, technical capacity, and performance management
• An understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle
