One of Oklahoma's top hospitals is looking for an experienced and passionate Hospital Human Resources Director to join their team, where we are dedicated to creating a supportive and growth-oriented environment for their healthcare professionals.
The Hospital Human Resources Director will play a key role as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, helping to shape the organization’s HR strategy and drive the implementation of HR initiatives. This position will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition and assessment, compensation management, performance management, and leadership development. Additionally, the Hospital Human Resources Director will manage employee health and benefit programs, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied consistently and in alignment with the organization's core values.
The ideal candidate for the Hospital Human Resources Director will have a Bachelor’s degree and 7-10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with a strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, and training and development. Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred, as is 3-5 years of supervisory experience overseeing HR support functions. In this role, you will work closely with the Human Resource Generalist and serve as a key link between employees and leadership, promoting collaboration, engagement, and a positive work culture.
