Hospital Liaison - RN, Registered Nurse - Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care

Being a Hospice nurse goes beyond administering medical care, it's about exceeding expectations to honor their wishes and ensure they experience dignity and comfort. Hospital Liaison Registered Nurse Qualifications:

• 2 years of prior skilled Registered Nursing experience
• An active unencumbered state RN license
• Current driver's license and auto liability coverage
• CPR certification, a copy of TB Results, a copy of an updated physical
• Strong understanding of Hospice and Palliative Care
• Strong understanding of a hospital environment
• Interest in Marketing
• Strong relationships within the Philadelphia community

Hospital Liaison Registered Nurse Schedule & Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
