Reporting to the Director of Nutritional Services, the Hospital Dietary and Nutritional Manager will oversee the Nutritional Supervisor, Nutritional Aids, Operations Coordinator, and the Cooks. The Manager of Dietary and Nutritional Services is responsible for establishing an efficient and effective operational workflow, compliance with all H.A.C.C.P (food and sanitation) standards, enforcing proper cash handling procedures, and mentoring new-hire and current staff to encourage a team-oriented approach. 

The Ideal Hospital Dietary and Nutritional Manager will have their servsafe certification, previous management experience, a nutritional service background within a healthcare setting, and ideally a Certified Dietary Manager certification.
