The Hospital Stepdown Assistant Manager will oversee a 25+ bed pulmonary and nephrology intermediate care unit where nurses care for patients with lung, kidney, and heart-related illnesses. This fast-paced unit requires managing ventilators, peritoneal dialysis, arrhythmias, and cardiac drips. We prioritize exceptional care, utilizing critical thinking and a broad range of clinical skills.

As Hospital Stepdown Assistant Manager, you'll provide education, training, and oversight to nursing staff. Responsibilities include designing educational programs, evaluating patient progress, fostering teamwork, and leading performance improvement initiatives.

What will make you stand out? A BSN, NC RN Licensure, BCLS, and at least one year of RN experience.
