Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage productivity
- Assisting in the training of new hires
- Leading Opening and/or closing shifts
- Cash Management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong commitment to superior customer service
- Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues
- Ability to work in a team environment with shared ownership and responsibility
- Prior experience as a shift lead, crew lead, supervisor, team lead, restaurant manager, or restaurant assistant manager
