Job Summary:
The Training Leader is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the training and development programs for new and existing team members. This role ensures that all staff are well-prepared to provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Chick-fil-A's operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Training Program Development and Implementation:
- Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive training materials and programs.
- Conduct orientation sessions and on-the-job training for new employees.
- Ensure all team members are trained in Chick-fil-A’s customer service standards, food safety procedures, and operational protocols.
Team Member Development:
- Identify training needs and opportunities for individual team members.
- Provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to help them achieve their full potential.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages learning and growth.
Quality Assurance:
- Monitor and assess the performance of team members to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Implement corrective actions and additional training as needed to address performance gaps.
Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
- Coordinate with management to schedule training sessions without disrupting daily operations.
- Track and report on the progress of training programs and team member development.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Owner/Operator and management team to align training initiatives with business goals.
- Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service and adherence to operational standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business operations and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a training or supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Commitment to Chick-fil-A’s values and customer service standards.
Working Conditions:
