Here at Calle Sol, we're all about bringing the Miami beach vibes to the Queen City. We're talking ice-cold rum drinks, lively Latin music, and a whole lot of fun in one of the best spots in town.
Calle Sol is currently looking to add a Host / Hostess to our full-service Latin restaurant. As the Host / Hostess, you will be the hospitality ambassador, ensuring warm and welcoming visits for every guest that walks through our door. You will act as the guest's first and last impression of their experience at Calle Sol, setting the tone for their visit while managing reservations and seating our guests. Previous hosting experience is a must!

Host / Hostess Responsibilities Include:
- Happily welcoming and greeting guests upon arrival.
- Making all our guests feel comfortable and letting them know you’re there to personally take care of them.
- Making reservations for our guests and managing waitlist technology.
- Knowing regulars by name (and their preferences and needs).
- Resetting tables to our standards before showing guests to their table.
- Thanking guests as they leave and inviting them to return.

Calle Sol has a casual atmosphere with lively music and even livelier food. The lunch and dinner menus focus on cuisine from Cuba to Peru but has touches from food all over Latin America, based on neighborhood dining spots in Tampa and Miami. Our chefs bring extensive knowledge from their training in Latin America and Miami. Expect pressed sandwiches and so much more.
