Are you a friendly face with a passion for hospitality? We are looking for a dedicated Hostess to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for their experience. As an integral part of our restaurant, you will manage reservations, greet guests with a smile, and ensure that each visitor feels valued from the moment they arrive. Your organizational skills will shine as you coordinate seating arrangements and help maintain a smooth flow during busy service times. We pride ourselves on providing an exceptional dining experience, and you will play a key role in achieving this by attending to guest needs and facilitating smooth communication between patrons and staff. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize dining flow
- Maintain an organized waiting list and provide accurate wait time estimates
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus
- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries
- Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist with setting up and cleaning down the dining area for service
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing circumstances
