Restaurant Host/Hostess
Duties:
• Hosts/Hostesses are the first and last contact of every guest in the restaurant, welcoming guests at the door and thanking with genuine appreciation before they leave.
• Answer phones and booking reservations through Resy online system.
• Seat guests and manage all table assignments.
• Ensure that every guest receives an impeccable experience and top-notch service with every visit.
Requirements:
• At least 2 years in customer service position, preferably in a high volume restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality and understanding of positive team culture.
• Knowledge of service and operations for high volume restaurant.
