- Seating Guests
- Taking reservation & managing them
- Managing waiting list & seating charts
- proving menus
- Maintaining the reception area
- Handle all the phone's calls & togo orders
- Communicating with wait time for guests
- Customer services
- Cleanliness
Host skills that are important:
- Organizational skills
- People skills
- Ability to work in shifts
- Understanding of restaurant etiquette
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills
