We’re hiring a Host/Reservationist for our Chelsea location!

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm welcome as they arrive at the sushi speakeasy
• Guide guests through our unique entrance, enhancing their anticipation for the dining experience ahead
• Manage and coordinate reservations via phone and email, ensuring accurate and efficient scheduling
• Provide information about our menu, special offerings and events to guests
• Collaborate with the front-of-house team to maintain a smooth flow of service

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience in a hospitality or service role
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
