Host - Rudinos Wake Forest

Pay rate: $12.00/hour

Rudinos Heritage is seeking a friendly and organized Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing a warm welcome and ensuring a smooth dining experience. If you have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a lively environment, we want to hear from you!

**Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant

- Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently

- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

- Maintain an accurate waitlist and seating chart

- Answer phone calls and assist with inquiries and reservations

- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely table turnover

- Monitor dining areas to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests

- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station

- Handle guest concerns or complaints with a positive attitude and escalate to management when necessary

- Assist with special events and large parties as needed
