Hotel Sales Coordinator - SAHARA Las Vegas

• Provide Sales, Catering, and Convention Services teams with clerical and administrative support including but not limited to data entry, emailing, and answering phones.
• Coordinate and expedite work within the Sales, Catering, and Convention Services departments and between other internal departments, including BEOs, Group Resumes, etc.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with third-party partners and meeting planners.
• Generate and complete internal documents accurately, and in a timely manner, and continue to follow up until the task is complete.
• Support the team with all daily tasks to assist with departmental goals and objectives.
• Assist with coordinating site inspections and property visits for all clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients on behalf of Sales.
• Work in partnership with Reservations to ensure client’s stays are prepared accurately. 
• Assist with all client gifts, certificate creation and redemption, amenity requests, transportation, and travel collateral.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for the management team, including but not limited to, shipping marketing materials, registration confirmations, post trip reports.
• Process requests as needed by the Manager, Director, or VP.
• Other duties as requested

• At least one year of previous customer service experience
• At least one year of administrative experience
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Delphi, and Opera
• Ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Detail-oriented and demonstrated problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to function under time constraints
• Dedicated to a fast-paced, team-focused environment
• Ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple tasks within established timelines
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• At least 21 years of age

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Two years of previous experience in Hotel Sales
• Experience within a resort setting
