Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Experience with inventory management and ordering.
- Experience with scheduling and payroll.
- Experience with training and development of team members.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
