Title of Position: Hourly Restaurant Manager

Job Description: The Restaurant Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development, sales and profit growth. The Restaurant Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys challenging work, loves to have a fun time and shows true commitment to their career.

Qualifications:

• The Restaurant Manager must have experience managing a QSR
• The Restaurant Manager must have experience with a high volume sales environment
• A Restaurant Manager candidate with new Restaurant opening is preferred
• The Restaurant Manager should be passionate and vibrant
• The Restaurant Managers MUST be able to travel to the South or Midwest for train
