Housekeeper I - Sacred Rock Inn

Perform a combination of light cleaning duties to maintain Inn’s guest rooms in accordance with Inn’s policies, procedures and standards. Consistently meets or exceeds Inn’s standards for guest service and cleanliness. Is familiar with and complies with the Inn’s standards and philosophy in performing all key areas of accountability and other essential duties and responsibilities.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Three to six month related experience preferred.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
• Must pass all applicable background check requirements.
• CPR certification may be recommended.

Pay range: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour

*Includes a gas benefit per shift for qualifying employees!

• Ensure that each guest receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and following Sacred Rock Inn/Jackson Rancheria Guest Service Guidelines.
• Clean and maintain all guestrooms to the Inn’s standards.
• Clean and maintain assigned public areas to established service standards.
• Adhere to Inn’s Employee Manual and Housekeeping Department training guidelines.
• Perform all duties in a safe manner and report all accidents and safety issues to supervisor immediately regardless of severity.
• Maintain safety and security of guests at all times.
• Adhere to key control policy and procedure according to set standards.
• Adhere to and promote Inn’s Standards.
• Complete work assignment sheet on a daily basis.
• Maintain organization and supplies on housekeeper’s cart.
• Adhere to established uniform and grooming policies.
• Turn in all lost and found items to Housekeeping Supervisor as soon as possible, always before the end of shift.
• Maintain storage rooms in a clean or orderly fashion.
• Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies, equipment or linens to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Recycle newspapers, cans, plastic and glass bottles
• Perform any other housekeeping task assigned.
• Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions.
• Assist in training new/other employees as directed.
