Job Description
Summary
The Lead Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest rooms and public areas within Scottsdale Park Suites. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards, including:
- Making beds
- Changing linens
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Dusting furniture and fixtures
- Replenishing guest supplies
- Clean and maintain public areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and common rooms
- Stock housekeeping carts with necessary supplies
- Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate department
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy objects
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
