Housekeeper - Schulte Companies

Collegiate Hotel Group®, is seeking a Public Area Attendant to join Graduate Oxford and its brilliant team of hospitality enthusiasts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

* Cleans and maintains all hotel public areas, including restrooms, hallways, and stairwells to meet quality standards 

* Cleans bathrooms, dusts furniture and pictures, and vacuums, sweeps, and mops floors 

* Empties carts of soiled linen and disposes trash 

* Maintains lobby, elevators, stairways, hallways, and Front Desk area to assure they are clean, neat and free of all rubbish and debris

* Cleans and maintains public restrooms in a neat and orderly fashion to provide fresh and attractive facilities for guests

* Restrooms must be inspected once per hour to assure they remain neat and clean

* Removes spots, insects and debris, polishes fixtures and cleans ashtrays 

* Delivers items to rooms upon request and assists in cleaning guest rooms as needed

* Greets guests in a warm and authentic fashion 

* Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

* High School Diploma/GED

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

* Ability to multi-task 

* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing 

* Team player 

* Ability to exceed expectations of guests 

* Knowledge of cleanliness standards
