About the Job
- Ensures that all check-out rooms are properly cleaned and ready for move-in.
- Clean offices, lounges, corridors, hallways, stairwells, kitchenettes, laundry rooms, and other workspaces of the COH.
- Wash and fold COH bed linens.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles.
- Clean and sanitize showers and bathrooms.
- Sweep and mop floors.
- Vacuum carpets.
- Clean glass doors, including those in emergency exits.
- Clean windows .
- Dust blinds.
- Monitor and report necessary repairs and replacements.
- Clean in CARE Center, as needed.
- All work should be performed according to standards.
- Comply with all applicable training requirements.
- Comply with all company safety, personnel and operational policies and procedures.
- Comply with work schedule to ensure effective operations of Agency programs.
- Contribute positively as a member of a productive and cooperative team.
- Perform other duties as necessary to fulfill the St. Vincent de Paul CARES Mission.

- Able to speak, write, and understand English.
- Possess basic computer skills.

- Valid Florida driver’s license if driving an agency vehicle or a personal vehicle for company business.
