This position is located at our property AMANGIRI in Canyon Point, Utah, USA
Overview:The Housekeeping Attendant will assist in tending to the cleanliness of guest’s suites, public areas, and pools areas.
Responsibilities:- Satisfying guests needs and exceeding guest’s expectations are your number one priority
- Projecting a positive hotel image
- Answering guest requests immediately
- Answering all phone calls within 3 rings in a friendly and prompt manner
- Cleaning guest suites daily as needed - occupied suites, suites for arriving/departing guests
- Ensuring that all corridors, housekeeper’s pantries, and janitor’s pantries are always in an impeccable condition
- Assisting the room attendants
- Assisting with bed set up
- Cleaning any areas in the hotel as instructed by the Executive Housekeeper
- Reporting missing and damaged items
- Reporting lost and found items
- Maintaining a clean & neat area of operation
- Keeping high personal grooming standards and maintaining a neat uniform
- Always Wearing a nametag
- Complying with all Amangiri policies and procedures
- Assisting General Manager and other departments in times of need
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Oral proficiency in the English language
- High School graduate or G.E.D.
