Overview:The Housekeeping Coordinator assists the housekeeping department in day to day operations. The coordinator ensures we provide an outstanding level of service for internal and external guests.
Responsibilities:- Satisfying guest needs and exceeding our guests’ expectations are your number one priority.
- Projecting a positive hotel image.
- Opening of housekeeping morning shift.
- Updating the morning housekeeping boards with the most recent guest information.
- Issuing out Housekeeping key/Voxer and ensure staff is signing out for them.
- Ensuring key signing forms are filed and updated.
- Must demonstrate strong computer skills to include Excel; able to learn Opera and other programs to proficient level.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Oral proficiency in the English language.
- High School graduate or G.E.D.
- Must have at least 2 years of prior housekeeping experience.
- Must have a clear driving record and submit to a drug screen for approval to drive company vehicles.
