Housekeeping Floor Techician/ Porter - The Savoy at Fort Lauderdale Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

We are looking for a devoted Floor Technician/ Porter whose responsibilies will be maintainig cleanliness and sanitation of various areas within the facility as well as restoring the floor surfaces. Their duties will include, but not limited to:

• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Assisting with striping, buffing, and waxing surfaces
• Performing window and wall cleaning duties
• Maintaining equipment and supplies
• Operating cleaning equipment
• Conducting minimal repairs and inventory checks
• Arranging furniture and fixtures
• Organizing supplies
• Keeping floors free from obstructions
