Title of Position: Housekeeping Manager
Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 plus 10% annual bonus and $5k in relocation allowance
Job Description: The Housekeeping Manager must manage and direct the entire housekeeping department to assure that staff is keeping a clean and orderly environment while maintaining safe operations at all times. The Housekeeping Manager will ensure cleanliness by inspecting public areas. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction while remaining under budget. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing new employees. The Housekeeping Manager will organize all work schedules to maintain the best level of productivity and service for guests. The Housekeeping Manager will keep a ensure that amenities such as towels, sheets, etc. are fully stocked at all times by conducting monthly inventory procedures. The Housekeeping Manager will reconcile all reports with the Front Desk and General Manager, when necessary, to ensure that all rooms are being cleaned in a timely manner. Overall, the Housekeeping Manager will be expected to understand and comply with all laws and regulations in regard to this position.
