This full-time housekeeping position typically works Tuesday - Saturday, but we can be flexible!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A HEAD HOUSEKEEPER

As a Head Housekeeper, you organize the day by assigning the rooms to be cleaned for that day and then inspect them to make sure they meet our high cleanliness standards. You also get to work with the front desk team to make sure that all rooms are being put into the system to be sold and ensure that all departing guests have vacated their rooms.

But wait, there's more! You're also responsible for hiring and training new employees, creating a culture of fun and appreciation, and keeping the team on track to work within the budgeted time. Hospitality-driven, you love having a position where you get to lead the charge and make our hotel guests' experiences unforgettable!

QUALIFICATIONS

• Ability to manage a department of 10-12 people
• Leadership skills and the ability to hold team members accountable
• Good communication skills
