QUALIFICATIONS:
Should have knowledge of or capability to learn to operate safely the housekeeping equipment, and cleaning products which may contain chemicals.
Maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality, with or without reasonable accommodation
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Meet the Facility Departments operating policies and procedures, including providing quality cleaning and customer service with safety as a priority with or without reasonable accommodation
Must be available to perform many different tasks within the Casino during each shift
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED preferred.
Prefer 6 months of previous experience cleaning a facility and/or maintenance work.
The ability to read English and understand either written or verbal instructions.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to quickly learn policies and procedures put forth by Casino Management.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed from fellow Team Members, Supervisors, and/or Management
Good interpersonal skills
Ability to work as part of a team or alone productively
Ability to build relationships
Ability to read, analyze and interpret simple documents, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
Be able to read and understand on-going casino promotions and be able to explain promotions to customers if asked.
