Essential Functions of the Housing Services Supervisor
- Ensure team members are providing services per the approved treatment plan on the Google Drive to meet the program objectives through observations and training.
- Monitor and review the completion and timeliness of all Federal, State and local requirements along with all contract and funding source requirements.
- Be the primary liaison between the Community/Coalitions and Valley Youth House ensuring compliance with programming, utilization of funding, youth representation and leadership contribution.
- Lead a motivated team that can work independently and make decisions with minimal direction by providing instructive and supportive supervision to direct reports 40 hours a year in a formal setting and running a monthly L10 team meeting per the L10 procedure.
- Monitor rental payments and track available units per agency grants. Ensure proper use of all grant funds received by staff and tracking of additional non-HUD grants. Ensure data is being tracked and collected in a timely manner, both in the agency system and the County HMIS system. Provide data outcomes and reports as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Social Work or other related ?eld. An Associates degree with extensive experience may be considered based on experience.
- One to Two years of experience supervising, mentoring, or proven leadership abilities.
- A valid driver's license, a motor vehicle report that meets agency requirements, and reliable transportation that can safely transport clients if needed.
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule that occasionally includes evenings and weekends.
Ability to complete the pre-employment physical and drug test requirements.
