We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team and support our commitment to providing a positive work environment for all employees.
As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR department by performing various administrative tasks. Your contributions will help enhance our processes, ensure compliance, and facilitate a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is up to date in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Support onboarding and off boarding processes for new and departing employees.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Assist in organising employee training and development programs.
- Help to prepare HR-related reports and presentations as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
- Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping as required.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HR department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software systems is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations is preferred but not required.
