Our client in the real estate industry is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant to work with the director of HR. This role is a great opportunity for anyone looking to get more hands-on experience in HR.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$25/hr
Position Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and efficient professional to join their Human Resources team as an HR Administrative Assistant. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR department, ensuring all tasks and operations run smoothly.
Responsibilities of the HR Administrative Assistant:
- Manage and process HR-related paperwork, such as employee records, benefits enrollment, and compliance documents.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and training sessions for HR staff and employees.
- Provide support during recruitment by screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding processes.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain compliance with all company and legal policies.
- Update and maintain HR databases and systems, ensuring all employee information is current and accurate.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries, providing information and assistance promptly and courteously.
- Assist with preparing and distributing HR reports, presentations, and communication materials.
- Collaborate with HR team members to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications for the HR Administrative Assistant:
- 1 year of HR experience is preferred ADP experience is preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the HR field.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and administrative procedures.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS systems, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
