New employees who are hired into remote or hybrid positions between January 2, 2022 to December 31, 2024, will receive $500 toward the cost of establishing consistent internet connectivity, payable upon completion of 6 months of employment.

In this position, you will:
Explain and answer questions regarding Health & Wellness services, programs and resources.
Review and process Trade Time for Fitness claims accurately and within the program guidelines.
Work with Total Rewards Communication lead and subject matter experts on creation of materials that explain detailed information to a variety of audiences.
Process vendor invoices for payment in electronic system; assist manager with financial report preparation and budget activities.
Assist with RFP processes, contract management, and Board Action Reports in coordination with Health & Wellness manager and other subject matter experts.
Manage Health Incentive, including ensuring incentive rules are applied and all necessary files are prepared and processed accurately.
Assist in the coordination and attendance at benefits related meetings, events, trainings and fairs including scheduling, meeting attendance, note taking and task follow up tracking.
Use data, customer feedback and technology to make program, system, policy, process and change recommendations and/or create reports and presentations.
Other duties as assigned.
- One of the following:
- Four or more years of experience in general administrative work relating to the support of departmental/organizational operations or in a specialty area appropriate to the position.
- Note: General administrative work is defined as the administration and/or management of programs, policies, and/or budgets.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, public health, public administration, communications or another field appropriate to the position.
- Four or more years of experience in general administrative work relating to the support of departmental/organizational operations or in a specialty area appropriate to the position.
- Experience:
Working in public sector human resources.
With public sector administrative support.
Working with employee health and/or wellness benefits.
Working with confidential information.
Using Microsoft suite.
Using Microsoft products (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to develop resources that distill complex topics into information that is easy to review and understand.
- Knowledge of:
- Public entity board required processes.
Minnesota state statutes as they relate to procurement and employee related benefits in public sector employment.
