We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others. This position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth HR operations and providing exceptional service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and training logistics.
- Manage HR-related inquiries and provide assistance to employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as needed.
- Coordinate and assist with employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
- Assist in the administration of benefits programs and compliance with labor regulations.
- Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scheduling meetings.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR, is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
