About the Job
Vaco Boston has partnered with a leading retail company in the Needham area. Currently we are looking for a proven Administrative Assistant to support the HR team. This role would be a hybrid role to start ASAP! Please reach out for immediate consideration as the manager is reviewing resume and setting up interviews as early as this week!
- Enter data into company system
- Work with SAP and excel daily with employee data
- Employee records and agreements as well as other contract details
- Track employee and HRIS data
- Provide support on ad-hoc projects
Requirements
- 1+ years in administrative capacity, preferably in talent management or HR
- Strong customer service skills

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
