Job Description - HR Administrative Assistant:
The HR Administrative Assistant will work directly with the Director of Administration and will be responsible for a wide variety of duties primarily focused on Employee Administration. The candidate will be trained to perform tasks including, but not limited to: Human Resources, Administration, Payroll, Benefits, and other helpful tasks within the business/department. This position requires strong Excel knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding
- Overview of employee timecards
- Overview of employee PTO requests and maintaining the PTO calendar
- Employee file maintenance
- New hire offer letters
- Compensation plan changes
- Processing monthly Commission & Bonus statements
- Payroll Processing
- Processing termination of employment
- This position will serve as backup to the Director of Administration in:
- Benefits Enrollment
- Collaborate with IT for new hires
- Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications:
- Preferred Excel skills including pivot tables, V-lookups, sumifs, and formulas
- Able to maintain absolute discretion as will be working with confidential employee files and documents
- Able to type at least 40WPM
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Results-oriented work ethic and high level of personal initiative
- Extremely detail-oriented and conscientious
- Team player with the ability to maintain effective working relationships with others
- Adaptable to change
Compensation:
- $24.00-$26.00 per hour
- Full-Time (Monday – Friday), onsite
- Pre-employment testing will include CCAT, DiSC, Typing and Excel
