POSITION SUMMARY
The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for the administrative support of day-to-day human resources operations.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Responds to reference checks, verifications of employment and unemployment claims
Performs HRIS data entry and personnel file maintenance
Ensures compliance with all new hire drug screens and background checks
Manages and maintains training and development platform for all employees
Backup to Payroll Coordinator
Maintains all employee and applicant documents according to corporate policy
Assists with recruitment tasks as needed
Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 employment eligibility verification and periodically audits I-9 files
Assists with HR projects as assigned
Attends unemployment hearings when necessary
Maintains and processes all unemployment notices and potential charges in a timely fashion
Performs additional duties as assigned
SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent required
One year of office/clerical support experience
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Frequently sit, stand and walk
Regularly required to talk or hear
Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls
Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate
