About the Job
Our client, a leading provider of childhood instructional programs, is hiring a detail-oriented HR Administrator. This role will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative tasks in support of the Human Resources department.Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Employee Hospitality tasks
- Assist with recruiting process, including posting of jobs, initial resume review, scheduling interviews, orientations, and follow up items
- Coordinate the new hire onboarding workflow:
- Responsible for background/MA CORI check via 3rd party site, launch through completion
- Initiate internal IT ticket
- Send welcome emails
- Send welcome packages
- Launch ADP onboarding experience
- Conduct employment verifications
- Monitor HR’s general email inbox and distribute appropriately
- Responsible for tracking and processing Service Anniversary certificates and awards
- Responsible for all general HR filing – both paper and electronic
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of prior administrative experience in an HR environment preferred
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Comfortable with and able to effectively handle confidential information
- MS Office experience is a must
- Displays great attention to detail
- Familiarity with ADP (preferably) or other HRIS system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively, professionally, and clearly with all levels of the organization
- Organized and able to work with a high degree of accuracy
