Job Summary
This role involves coordinating the recruitment process for a regional organization, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from start to finish. The primary responsibilities include managing candidate schedules, arranging travel itineraries, and overseeing the onboarding process for new hires. This position is essential for optimizing the efficiency of the recruitment workflow and enhancing the overall hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate interview schedules, working closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure availability.
- Arrange travel plans and accommodations for candidates, as necessary, and communicate itinerary details to all relevant parties.
- Manage the flow of candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact through onboarding and first-day orientation.
- Ensure timely payment of invoices related to recruitment activities.
- Evaluate and suggest improvements for enhancing the candidate experience during the hiring process.
Minimum Education & Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, human resources, or a related administrative role.
- Experience in the staffing industry or a similar fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
