HR Assistant - Bruceton Farm Services - BFS Companies

Bruceton Farm Service, Inc. Corporate Office in Cheat Lake, WV is looking to hire a Human Resources Assistant for our HR team.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Provides administrative Support for the Human Resources Department

· Management of Personnel Files and HRIS data input for readily identifiable information

· Tracking of all Personnel files, employee attendance and updates to personal information

· Complete requests for employment verifications

· Supports department in faxing and copying needs, and other duties as assigned.

· Manage Inventory for Company uniforms: Subway, Burger King, Little Caesars, and BFS Companies

· Correspondence and memos to company managers and personnel

· Assist with benefits administration and clerical work related to benefits tracking

· Assist with other HR duties as needed

· General knowledge of Microsoft Office software

· Excellent data entry, computer and communication skills needed
