Reports to HR Director
Responsibilities:
- Employee Onboarding:
- Prepare new packets
- Conduct orientation sessions
- Ensure new employees are set up with necessary equipment and access
- Process E-Verify and Review Form I9 documents
- Employee Offboarding
- Conduct exit Interviews
- Process termination paperwork
- Stay Interviews
- Conduct stay interviews to understand employee satisfaction
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain employee records. Reconciliation of benefit deductions
- Handle correspondence and communication in the HR Mailbox
- Performance Management:
- Help with performance review processes
- Maintain performance records
- Assist with the development of performance improvement plans
- Associates degree in a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years Human Resources experience preferred
- Maintain personnel information and highest levels of confidentiality
- Must have proficiency in Microsoft
- Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS preferred
