Title: HR Clerk/Assistant
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Location: Coral Gables, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Clerk to assist our Corporate HR Site Department. The HR Clerk will be responsible for maintaining a comprehensive filing system, scanning documents, and performing various clerical tasks. This position requires a high level of confidentiality, superior attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. The ideal candidate will have experience in clerical work, preferably in human resources, and demonstrate strong communication and customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Corporate HR Site department in maintaining and organizing a comprehensive filing system.
- Scan and upload documents into the HR system, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
- Handle confidential information with a high degree of discretion.
- Draft and format documents using Microsoft Word.
- Ensure the integrity and organization of physical and electronic files.
- Prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Provide general support to the HR team and assist with special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- Minimum of 3 years clerical experience, preferably in HR.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
