Are you ready to make a big impact in a supportive role? Our client is seeking a dynamic Part-Time HR/Office Assistant who can juggle a variety of tasks with ease. You’ll be the go-to person for the HR and Accounting teams, providing essential support and keeping the office running smoothly.

- 20 hrs/week, 9-1 M-F, but can be a little flex with this
- Fully onsite in Peabody
- Supporting HR, Accounting, general office support
- ADP Workforce Now experience highly preferredÂ
- $21 - $23/hr
Human Resources:
- Lead the onboarding process and manage paperwork for new hires
- Be the first point of contact for employee HR inquiries
- Handle benefits administration and guide employees through enrollment
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Keep the office stocked by tracking supplies and managing inventory
- Create and manage purchase orders
- Arrange travel and manage scheduling
- Organize appointments and keep everything running on time
