Become part of the transportation revolution! We are looking for an experienced HR Benefits Coordinator to join our Leawood, KS location. The HR Administrative Assistant will assist our Recruiter with the day-to-day onboarding processes.

Job Duties of an HR Benefits Coordinator:
- Maintain relationships with potential candidates throughout the onboarding process
- Assist with benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k)
- Keeping in contract with the Recruiter regarding the process for all candidates.
- Support the Chief Revenue Officer in compliance audits
- Assist the Benefit Administrator with any assigned duties
- Assist with management, review hours worked by part-time employees on a monthly and annual basis, communicate offer of benefit to eligible employees, oversee eligible employees who are currently enrolled
- Complete bi-monthly reviews of ACA eligible employee benefit deductions, communicate any necessary back collections or payments
- Communicate enrollment information to any newly eligible employees and follow up on outstanding enrollments
- Assist during the annual open enrollment period, including set up of the enrollment portal, approving and tracking benefit elections, and auditing enrollments to ensure compliance with plan guidelines
Qualifications for a HR Benefits Coordinator:
- Maintain a Professional customer service attitude
- Strong attention to detail is a must!
- Must be proficient with computers and in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Must be able to maintain an organized workspace
